Classic Israeli salad

Ingredients

2 cups english cucumber, diced

2 cups grape tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup parsley, chopped

1/3 cup red onion, chopped

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together the cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, onion, lemon juice, oil, salt, and black pepper.
